How do I wash my items?
What is your shipping policy?
Hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap. Lay flat on a clean towel to dry. Avoid hanging, which can stretch the hand-crocheted stitches over time.
We ship globally using zero-waste, plastic-free packaging. Standard delivery takes 10-15 business days depending on your region.
Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes. We accept custom requests for specific dimensions or colorways based on our current organic cotton yarn stock. Contact us to discuss.
Because our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, we offer store credit or exchanges for unworn items returned within 7 days of delivery. You need to ship your own product.
